To help make your stay at Taiba Madinah Hotel in Medina as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.
- Internet
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
- Parking
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 7 years old to 12 years old stay for SAR 50 per person per night when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for SAR 181 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- Important Information
Children under the age of 12 are welcome in the Westin Executive Club Lounge prior to 6pm daily, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please note that Suhoor will be served instead of breakfast during the month of Ramadan.
